About This Comic
In *Zenith: Phase One*, Grant Morrison introduces a world where the legacy of war heroes collides with the chaotic spirit of the 1980s. After a nuclear fallout claims the lives of British hero Maximan and Nazi overlord Masterman, a new threat emerges: Masterman’s malevolent twin, unleashed by dark gods from another dimension. Zenith, an apathetic pop star with a unique power set, reluctantly steps up as humanity's last hope. Alongside a cadre of disillusioned heroes from the ‘Flower Power’ era, he must confront not only external foes but also his own reluctance to embrace heroism, challenging the very nature of power and identity.
