About This Comic
In Neil Gaiman's poignant tale, "Whatever Happened to the Caped Crusader?", Batman's death becomes a catalyst for reflection and revelation. As Gotham's heroes and villains gather in Crime Alley, they recount their personal narratives of the Dark Knight, each tale weaving a different facet of his complex legacy. However, a mysterious observer—an embodiment of Batman’s spirit—questions the validity of these stories, challenging the essence of his life and mortality. The central conflict revolves around the truth of Batman's identity and impact, culminating in a haunting exploration of memory, loss, and the nature of heroism before the coffin is sealed.
